System Overview

Axles:

  • Front: Ford Super Duty Dana 60 high pinion (2005-2010 F-350 SRW) with ARB RD166 air locker, factory 35-spline shafts, Yukon manual hubs
  • Rear: Ford Sterling 10.5 (2005-2010 F-350 Super Duty SRW) with ARB RD140 air locker, factory 35-spline full-float shafts
  • Gear ratio 5.13 both ends (Revolution Gear); bolt pattern 8x170

Drivetrain:

  • Transmission: ZF 8HP70 (845RE) - 8-speed automatic from 2015-2019 RAM 1500 EcoDiesel 4x4
  • Transfer Case: NP241OR Rock-Trac (2003-2006 TJ/LJ Rubicon) - 4.0:1 low range (≈96.7:1 geared crawl)
  • Front Driveshaft: Custom (Tom Woods) - measure at final ride height
  • Rear Driveshaft: Custom (Tom Woods) - measure at final ride height

Suspension:

  • Wheelbase: 110.5" (stretched ~7" from stock 103.4")
  • Front: ORI 14" bypass struts
  • Rear: ORI 16" bypass struts

Steering:

  • PSC Motorsports full hydraulic steering

Brakes:

  • Factory Super Duty discs at four corners, Bosch iBooster, Wilwood 1-1/8" master; see Brakes
